You’ll be participating in one-on-one training, focusing on bodyweight movements and lightweight implements. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and you’ll get a kick-ass workout too.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in our program, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in one of our signature workouts. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in our program you may graduate to our regular group training classes!
